Shipping policy

Deck & Beyond aims to arrange delivery or shipment of all in-stock items within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some items may occasionally be unavailable, and stock statuses are approximate. If any items in your order are unavailable, we will inform you prior to completing your purchase.

The estimated delivery period provided is approximate. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Deck & Beyond currently delivers only to Malta and Gozo.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Upon receiving your order, you must inspect all items and report any shortages or damages on the delivery document. If any parts are missing or items are damaged, inform the delivery person, who will document the issue. If you notice damage after delivery, please notify us within 48 hours via email, including photos of the damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Malta & Gozo: 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

Malta Orders:

  • Orders up to €49.99: €5.00 delivery charge applies.
  • Orders €50.00 or more: Free delivery.

Gozo Orders:

  • Orders up to €49.99: €8.00 delivery charge applies.
  • Orders €50.00 or more: Free delivery.

Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders

While we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, loss, or misrouting of packages. In such cases, we regret any inconvenience caused and will work diligently to resolve the issue.

However, Deck & Beyond is not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or additional expenses related to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders.
